Both the resume and questionnaire are then submitted automatically to the Human Resources (HR) department & then circulated to line managers with the requirement. |
The candidates that the line managers are interested in will be initially interviewed
by the HR department & there comments passed to line managers who will conduct
the 2nd interview. The applicant will be contacted after this interview by the HR
department to deliver feedback good or bad. If Nivio decides to hire the application
the remaining details will be concluded with HR.
The interviews are usually fun, you may get asked to make a presentation, or write a
piece of code, or even write a paragraph of text. We do not want you to repeat what
is on your CV, but we want to know if you are a true Nivian. We want to understand
your skills but also need to see how you will at into our team. |

If you are joining sales we want you to have market knowledge, know your
space, know how big the potential market could be, and tell us how you will
improve sales. Think out the box, we may ask you to make a presentation, or
even make a sales pitch on Nivio to the team, so know the product as best that
you can.
If joining the tech team, you must be able to demonstrate how you solve
problems, and also have excellent communication skills. You must be able to
show us where you go to get help, and the types of problems you have
encountered in the past, and how you have overcome them. Make sure you
understand the basics of how the Internet is all glued together, how websites
work, how Dns works, show us what a database is all about, it is not just about
Windows and Linux for us, it is about how you can adapt and learn.
